Ever Treasures – Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns for Non-Personalized Items

At Ever Treasures, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalized purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose store credit or request an exchange.

Product Guarantee

Ever Treasures stands behind the quality of every item. We cannot be held responsible for pendants that are unsealed, improperly sealed, or lost due to chain breakage.

Personalized Orders

Due to the custom nature of personalized products, all personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

If a personalization error was made on our part, Ever Treasures will gladly provide a corrected replacement at no additional cost. Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order by contacting cs@evertreasures.com. We regret that we cannot replace items that were made according to incorrect information submitted during ordering (e.g., spelling errors, incorrect dates).

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cs@evertreasures.com and include your original order number. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Carefully package your item(s) in the original packaging, if available. Include all components—paperwork, tags, and accessories. All returned items must be in good condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using USPS or another insured shipping service with tracking, as Ever Treasures is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please note: Orders that originally qualified for free shipping will be subject to a 10% restocking fee upon return.

Refused & Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are refused upon delivery or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, unavailability, or failure to claim will incur a 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at cs@evertreasures.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include:

  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue
  • A copy of your original invoice

If the issue is confirmed, we will cover all return shipping costs (if required) and issue a replacement or refund promptly.

  • Exchanges: Processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds: Issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
